Boxes of Hope
It is that time of year! We are launching our holiday season giving programs with Boxes of Hope!
Each year, Hope provides boxes with food for Thanksgiving meals to families in need in our city. Hope will supply the turkey for each box but here are the rest of the items we’re looking to be donated that will go in each family’s box:
1 jar of gravy
1 can of cranberries
1 can of yams
1 box of potatoes
1 box of hot chocolate
1 box of dressing
1 bag of marshmallows
5 cans of veggies
Food will need to be turned in by Nov 17. There are many ways to help serve as well, which you can sign up for below!

Rebellion Turkey Day Pigskin
Thanksgiving morning football is a Rebellion tradition, meet at the South Valleys Soccer Fields, 10am-Noon, two-hand touch, and if you don't want to play just come hangout!
Hope Community Christmas Decorating
It's that time of year! The Advent Season starts soon and which means that it's time to decorate for Christmas around Hope. Want to help? Come for our decorating party on 11/24 at 2:00pm. We promise that it will be a lot less stressful (and less expensive) than Black Friday shopping!

Women of Hope Spring Retreat
Spring at Hope can only mean one thing... it's time for another WOMEN’S RETREAT!!!
Join us for an intentional weekend away with other ladies where our prayer is that you’ll grow closer with friends old & new, and also experience God in a fresh & powerful way. We’ll have beautiful Lake Tahoe as our setting - what more could you ask for?!
Rooms are hotel-style and each have 2 Queen beds. Prices below are based on preferred occupancy.
EARLY BIRD RATES: Feb-March
2 ladies per room: $269/person (2 Queen beds)

Trunk or Treat
Hope Community hosts an annual Trunk or Treat at Cyan Park to allow families and children to trick or treat in a safe and fun way!
In the month of October, we are collecting donations for candy and seeking signs up for cars to be decorated!

Join us for this two day conference featuring speakers and content from the IF GATHERING Conference.
We will hear from amazing speakers, enjoy live worship, spend quality time with other ladies, and savor delicious meals!
Dinner Friday evening, along with breakfast and lunch on Saturday will be provided, along with an abundance of snacks.

Fall Break Play Day is a full day, FREE event for kids K-5th grade to boost confidence, build self-esteem, and create connection through theater and improv games. The event runs 9am-5pm and includes 2 snacks & lunch.
Kids will need to bring a reusable water bottle, marked with their names.

Tahoe Baptisms - Sand Harbor
Join us as we celebrate those who have made the decision to follow Christ and be baptized! We will meet in the group ramada area under the covered pagoda. Baptisms will take place in the shallow cove in front of this area.
Parking lot opens at 5pm.
Baptisms start at 5:30pm.
BBQ/potluck afterwards.
Please carpool due to limited parking spaces and have cash for the parking fee ($10 for Nevada plates, $15 for non-Nevada plates).
Please bring a side dish or dessert to share (in disposable containers, or be sure to collect your Tupperware after) and Hope will provide the hamburgers, hot dogs, and drinks.
